Location data is used solely to calculate the distance and route of your trip for mileage logging purposes. GPS coordinates are transmitted securely to our servers, associated with your trip record, and used to generate your mileage reports.
You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. Doing so will prevent trip tracking from working, but will not affect your existing trip history or account.
We do not:

If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all your personal data and trip records within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, billing transaction records which may be retained for up to 7 years for tax compliance purposes).
Aggregated, anonymised statistical data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) and/or by a prominent notice within the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The updated policy will also be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
